Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. No minimums or hidden conditions — we believe delivery should always be simple and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Our focus is on providing the best possible service locally. If we expand to other regions in the future, we’ll be sure to share the news with our community.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Just send us an email at info@massandi.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are typically issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.
Do you accept exchanges?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it’s been more than 9 business days since dispatch and your package still hasn’t arrived, email us at info@massandi.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
